This hearing shows that Hillary was just a bystander who flew around the world drunk on power and never bothered to do any work. She delegated everything and only showed up later for the photo op.
She learned well from Barak. Don't make any decisions yourself and you can't be blamed and able to take credit if somehow it works out.
aaannndd GOP's Martha Roby goes down, asking Clinton to respond to hearsay from people whose names Roby can't even pronounce. Clinton declines, saying ~ they weren't on my staff and I don't know what they said or why they said it.
Not hardly. She clearly deflected the question. She obviously didn't know what was going on and according to her own staff she became angry when they told her the facts. She just smiled and brushed it off like she does everything else. That's pretty stunning. Maybe she's a sociopath...
Hillary takes responsiblity for Bengazi and admits she delegated the security to others. Sorry Hillary, you can delegate authority, but not responsibility. Case closed. You are not quaified for any office.
Ignoring a request for more security is the same as DENYING the request. You can't vote "present" when lives are on the line.

Mr. Smith keeps saying they have not found anything, like the hearing is completely unsuccessful. Sure, for their witch hunt.
Bizarre that Hillary has spent way more time "defending" Benghazi (loss of 4 lives) than Bush & Cheney ever did for the events of 911 (loss of 3,000+).
It's widely believed and there's abundant reason to surmise that the State Dept facility (it was NOT an Embassy) was a CIA front, and that Stevens was a CIA operative. Clinton knew that and she is adroitly deflecting questions to protect the CIA presence there.
The GOP committee members either don't know that was what was going on, or they do know and are using it to try to make Clinton look deceptive or inept, when the truth is she can't say what she knew without compromising national security.
edit to add: GOP Pompeo's assertions, if true, just heaped lots of credibility on this premise. Stevens was meeting with locals and sending cables without Clinton's knowledge.

Cummins said it succinctly. The only reason we are here is because the GOP caucus doesn't like the conclusions that were reached from the eight previous investigations. It's time for the GOP to end this taxpayer funded fishing expedition.

There was nothing in her resume that would suggest she would be good at gun running so should we be upset with her or the one who gave her the job?
