I am pro choice but this is one of the stupider social media campaigns I've seen. I especially cringe at the second wave, where the people go online to post the most controversial things they can then come back to read the "mean" comments they got as a result. They do it for that reason and try to spin it as if they are being victimized. This is what passes for entertainment.
People today want attention so very badly and use any excuse they can to make themselves the center of something. I'm just grateful I am an age where I get to see not only the RISE of social media, but the FALL that is slowly occurring as it eats itself.
This is called "blowback" to the American Taliban.
It is kind of like these ladies don't know what causes pregnancy.......seems their time would be more wisely spent telling girls the truth. There is no money in the truth, I guess.......abortion just seems like a strange political tool.
This an old article, but good for them. It won't make a difference though. Abortion is one of those wedge issues where neither side will ever agree. I wish the pro-lifers would at least use some inductive reasoning when forming their opinion on the topic but whateve.
I also wish the Republicans would stop using the moral high ground argument when trying to defund planned parenthood. They would be more successful if they had used the budget and deficit as reasons.
Err, I paid for an abortion once. Does that count?
