Yeah? He was conducting a business on government land, so he needed a permit.

What's wrong with that?

You would have to ask my permission to hunt Bigfoot, or anything else, on my land, so, as a miniscule part owner of the government land, I require you to get permission to hunt there as well. No loss of freedom. Just protecting the rights of property owners. Protecting these rights is an RW axiom. Correct?

This park has no tax/fee to enter and use. There is no regulation saying they cannot film on parkland.

How many people take pictures of parks to privately sell travel and logistics?

A sanctioned race promoter uses the park for mountain bike races, without fees being paid to anyone.

They film Deer Hunts for the Outdoor Channel, on the property.

The local rehab, uses the park to treat their patients, for stress.

The federal government owns 30 percent of Americas land mass. A sell off is in order to pay down the debt.

Hunting with a gun and hunting with a camera are two different things. Do we now need to have permits to take pictures or shoot video in our Parks?

The point is that he was paid to do it. That makes what he was doing a business and, hence, his business requires a permit.

Wrong. And it has nothing to do with bigfoot.

All the other things I listed are for profit private businesses using the park for their business.

Picking and choosing the winners and losers, based on what?

Restricting our freedom, and then charging us a tax to have it back, is a big money maker!

Try that in the private sector as your business to make a living.
