So, not very different from Fripats and other Worthington Farms vegetarian "foods".

Protein paste shaped into patties and tubes. One from ground up animal muscles, another from a lab created, coagulated vegetable protein.

Bonappetit!
I have heard more stories about hot dog factories over the years. Don't believe everything you hear.

Great Value I suspect is all Chinese slave labor packaged processed stuff. I wont consume any of it. So I'm at least as smart as your cat.

Likewise, I have noticed in the past that those "biscuits" that McD's adds as a part of their breakfasts has the same effect on the birds and insects in my neck of the woods. I don't eat them so I would toss them out in the yard with the stale bread for the birds. A week later that biscuit will still be laying in the yard. Apparently even the ants wouldn't carry it off.......

Human DNA can be found on anything that humans handle. It's really not that weird that it would be found in a hot dog.

GMO pigs end up in hot dog meat, no real surprise there.

One more reason to become a vegetarian
There was an unusually clear health warning of meat in the media yesterday, I suppose that includes human meat as well
