So why are they any less "savage?"
I am not saying they are less "savage", I just don't care if two savages fight each other. Plus, the passengers who died were not savages. So those who killed them are savages. The Russians, the terrorists, etc

You are truly a rather disturbed individual. You say, 'oh well' that an airplane with 200 completely innocent people blew up in mid air bc the corrupt gov't hey live under may have shot down an airliner last year (and likely accidentally).
Accidently? Really?

The Russians have killed close to 500 people in two civilian airliner shootings alone. Those people were innocent too.

When you do dirt, sometimes it has a way of coming back to you with a vengeance. Sorry if that hurts your feelings.

Our Intel apparatus is a joke. You'd do better trusting a palm reader.

They may as well blame a vampire because that was just as likely as ISIS doing it. A lot of planes are going down or disappearing and seem to be the new chess piece of choice. If Russia wanted to get the go ahead to get more militarily involved in Syria there wasn't a much better way than having a large number of their civilians killed.
ISIS gets blamed for everything. A mass exodus of refugees destabilizing Europe. Just what is the damn fascination with Syria and why do we want a war over there?

What two did Russia shoot down?

KAL 007 was shot down by the USSR, Russia did not exist when this event happened.

Malaysian Air was shot down by Ukrainian rebels.

The US has shot down a passenger plane; does this make the US savages?

Ukraine has shot down a passenger plane; does this make Ukrainians savages?

Also there is intent, in the case of Malaysian, the Iranian, and the Siberian Air planes that were shot down, none of those were with intent, unlike a bombing that had the intent of bringing a plane down.

KAL clearly had intent, however, that was the USSR.

By the way, the Soviets downed two passenger planes, not one.

Get your facts straight.
" it flew through Soviet prohibited airspace around the time of a U.S. reconnaissance mission."

"It is easy to turn a civilian type of plane into one for military use"
