His kookiness comes full bloom!

But I must take issue with your comparison of Sanders and idiots... you are putting idiots in a bad light.

I agree with this. We should keep our oil in the ground until we have drained, preferably without paying for any, the Arabs dry.

Reading these responses, it would appear that Sanders wishes to save some of you from yourselves. You're only too ignorant to know it.

Of course, you will be dead and gone when climate change is really impacting the world, so you won't care, but for future generations, they will care, and do care. And educated people today stand with them.

Scientists have said that the great migration from Syria was caused as much by climate change as it was from their civil war.

I agree. But we are paying for it.

When you count the cost of the dead, destroying and rebuilding Iraq etc. the price of a gallon of gasoline should be around 10 bucks.

I wish somebody way smarter than I am would figure out the real cost of our dependence on oil.

Doesn't the U.S. receive most of it's oil from Canada and Venezuela?

With the educated, idiocy is mere cover for malice.

Canada is by far the single largest source:

This is proof!

Syria, Iraq and Libya have never been deserts until global arming!

An international team of meteorologists recently finished an in-depth investigation of what had been the world-record temperature extreme of 58 degrees Celsius (136.4 F), recorded on Sept. 13, 1922, in El Azizia, Libya.

There you got it, global warming is forcing all these north Africans out of Libya to European soil. The science is settled people!

Other countries are already far ahead of us in development and execution of the technology necessary for the transition.
Such as Germany and Denmark which have the highest electric rates in the Western world. The average rate here in the US is 12 cents. The following chart does not tell the whole story either, Spain for example has allowed their state owned power companies to accrue massive amounts of debt.
