WASHINGTON (Reuters) - President Barack Obama's executive action to shield
millions of undocumented immigrants from deportation suffered a legal setback on
Monday with an appeal to the Supreme Court now the administration's only
option.
Obama wasn't just giving the illegals protection from deportation, which he never would've anyway. It was giving them work permits, SSN and most all services and benefits a US citizen is eligible for.
If Obama appeals it to the Supreme Court how do you think it'll go. I think the Supreme court will block it 5-4.
obamas illegal move is a uttermost failure. He will be out of office by the time any of it is put into place, even if the supreme court favored it. Which they won't.
Or maybe not. But in any case, it's a pretty important ruling on the issue of illegal immigration, particularly Obummer's harebrained scheme to unilaterally legalize 10+ million people in the country illegally. Worth a read so you understand what he was trying to do. "Immigration plan" my a--, LOL!
Don't forget to vote this February and next November!! It literally kills me but this liberal is going to vote Republican for the first time in his life, primarily because of this issue. Hate it but see no other choice. Hillary will be a real disaster, but hopefully rulings like this will curb her enthusiasm, even if apathetic and clueless voters let her win.
