Boots isn't really the solution. It's a joint effort of ME Nation's that can close the Syrian and Iraq border to ensure no one of Daesh leave those country's. In addition, ME nation's can house refugees and allow a coalition of nation's train Syrian fighter's to take back Syria. Also provide aid and security. Additionally, a coalition by American and European nation's bombing select target's and covert operations is key.
