so far, what % of the terrorists who have been identified were refugees? So far I am seeing French citizens, a guy from Belgium....I'm pretty sure one of them was a refugee....but can't find it.

I am unsure if OP understands that:

a. the Parisian terrorists were french muslims,

b. refugees are legal immigrants

c. "sanctuary cities" refer to how they deal with illegal immigrants

I think that thats a given, its the common sense sort of thing to do in a conflict. People need to stop letting fear dictate their actions in ways that ISIS desires though.
