If a person sells 300 firearms per year they are NOT a private seller, and are exploiting the law.

Are you still arguing that point?

I'd like to ask the Leftists how the terrorists in France got fully auto AK's and hand grenades since guns and weapons like that are illegal in France.

If they are breaking a law and I have no clue what the law is, arrest them.

If it is the law and no one is enforcing it, what makes you think they would enforce a new law?

I can sell as many Rifles as I like in my current state without a FFL as a private seller. 100% legal.

It makes him feel bad.

Anti gun people don't actually care about the results of the laws they want passed, each law is just a stepping stone to the ultimate goal, of making guns impossible to own for regular Americans.

Just like in California where we have the most ridiculous gun laws on the books and every year anti gun democrats propose dozens of new laws to make more guns/accessories illegal like how they are now trying to confiscate magazines from everyone in the state and ban the purchase of ammo on line.

The republican government is currently currently trying to define refugee terrorist. I am assuming you are ok with this particular tea party governments definition that.

The problem is that on a similarity scale Republicans are much closer to ISIS than Democrats (ultra religious, guns everywhere, very conservative, pro death penalty, anti science, anti gov/plotting to overthrow US gov, strong belief in the apocalypse, etc) and thats hitting home now.

When you are left without an argument, start lashing out.

Thanks for the laugh.

If republicans are closer to Isis than why is it democrats who want to lay down the red carpet to individuals who force women to be completly covered, rape boys, prevent women from having any sort of freedom at all, etc?

Are you naive enough to think that if regular Americn citizens can get guns illegally the another silly law will stop anybody else.

She is also the one who said American Veterans returning from war should NOT be allowed to buy guns.

Also, Ole' barb is AGAINST ANYONE have a gun, EXCEPT HERSELF.
Well there's what you believe and then there are actual facts. Some of the states with the least restrictive gun laws, Alaska, Louisiana, Alabama have the highest gun homicide rates while NY, MA and Ct have the lowest.
