As I understand it, refugees are free to move about the country and they do.

About 70 million documented people from all over the world enter the US each year for tourism, business and education. Their whereabouts are not tracked.

All 9/11 terrorists entered the US legally via international flights.

It appears most of those involved in the Paris attack had French or Belgium passports. They could just as easily flown to the US and entered without a visa.

Last year, Ebola fear mongering was used by politicians and media. Once the mid terms were over, the topic was dropped like a hot potato.

This year it's refugee mania. You are being manipulated.

As an aside, my preference is to put a hold on all future refugees from anywhere until the US sorts out the 30 year old illegal immigration- birth right citizenship situation.

Probably knocked off by a local or an alligator. From what I've seen, these Syrians aren't all that much.

We should stay out of the middle east and the middle east should stay out of America and the west.

How do you all know that this person wasn't threatened. With all the hysteria over "refugees" and Syrians in particular, I wouldn't be surprised if someone threatened him with bodily harm so he fled.

or
How do we all know that this missing refugee didn't do exactly was he was told to do by ISIS? We can play the how do you know game forever.
Fact: FBI admits that these refugees can not be properly vetted. That means that we really don't know who we got.
Fact: These refugees come from a place where human life has very little meaning. Based upon their willingness to slaughter one another and others over the slightest of issues.
Fact: They come from a country that for the last 40 years at least has no love for the USA.
Fact: The Gulf State nation want nothing to do with them. I would think that they might understand their own people better than we do.
Fact: ISIS has declared war on us and even our own security experts feel that using the refugee migration would be a smart move by ISIS.

Middle eastern muslims are not refugees. They are not being oppressed for their religion or race etc. Only Christian and non muslim middle easterners could possibly meet the requirements of being a refugee.

Where is the logic in this ? If you are new to a country and threatened wouldn't you tell the folks that took you in ? Why would you start running across states ? And where did you get the money to travel across states ?

Heck, the ink on the processing paperwork wasn't even dry when that "refugee" took off across the US.
