The person you are referring to has not been Identified and it hasnt even been proven that the passport belonged to him.
In fact, French news has been saying the passport belongs to a Syrian Soldier who has fought against ISIS.
In other words, this guy got the passport in Syria... and came to Europe embedded in a crowd of refugees. The Greeks have already confirmed this.
And you do know, don't you, that ISIS has already stated they are going to exploit the refugee flood to get their people into Europe. You know that, right?
Or you can just keep your head buried in the sand.
These 'citizens' are only 'citizens' of convenience. They never became European, much less assimilated citizens of Belgium. Their purpose, whether sleep cells, recently radicalized, or refugees, was is to wage jihad.
Logic?

By your logic, our problem is actually immigrants from Belgium, not refugees from Syria.
Now to get it through, a) an almost guaranteed Dem filibuster and to a vote in the Senate, b) somehow, someway get a veto proof Senate passage.
Unlikely, but with this and the Gitmo prisoner move, are we lurching toward a Constitutional crisis? At the least, to the edge of an impeachment process? Hope not, as it would be damaging to the country. Then again, this royal approach to the Presidency is not good either.

Gitmo was and is a mistake. Either try them and find them guilty of something or turn them over to their own governments. No matter how well they are treated they are a publicity and propaganda tool for the enemy. The enemy doesn't fear Gitmo. Why should they?

There is a zero chance the (D)'s allow it to get to a veto proof majority.

You're assuming that the guys from Belgium that were flagged as Jihadi's would have passed US immigration review?
As opposed to completely unreviewed refugees?
Um, I will take those that have gone through immigration review regardless of religious belief and country of origin over a random pot-luck of Syrian refugees whom if you look at opinion polls have a high % of at least tolerance for ISIS if not outright support.
