Regardless, obama has used the number of flights to mislead the world into thinking he was actually engaged in conflict with ISIS, instead he just dithered.
Since we know terrorists use the cover of innocents, we may just as well stay home and dismantle our armed services.

He put pilot lives in danger to wage a half assed campaign. All for image. He had the military generate a list of important targets and then started with the least important targets first.
