They're mentally ill, thus I try to have compassion even though their comments are indeed disgusting.

I feel bad for them and their families.

Oooh how about the high oil prices for Bush's "oil buddies"?

GMO's?

Diebold?

Generally speaking, conspiracies flare up around whomever the president is. When Bush was in the whitehouse they were more directed at him. With Obama....he became the focal point of the nutjobs. The people tend to flare up their crazy in response to their hatred of the other party.
9-11 what? The only conspiracy nutjobs I've heard spinning their stories are again - conservatives.

GMO's what? People have a legitimate concern about GMO's. That's a conspiracy?

Diebold - never heard of it.

Bush blowing up the levees? Never heard of it. But then I wasn't on CD either.

Now see, thats what I wanted to see, which ones are the leftists conspiracy theories. They at least all have some remote possibility of being correct ( 1 in 10,000 or so? a million?). And the reference to them being more about who is running the whitehouse makes some sense, because I couldn't think of any recent leftist conspiracies. Thank you!

Moon landing conspiracy is more general, both parties get in on that one, and its fun to discuss. Its also one that been completely debunked. this one...is just sickening.

Theres some really out there conspiracy theories on GMO's beyond just the general health related stuff.

9-11....yeah thats been mostly right wing sorts, but a few left folks as well.

Diebold one involves rigging elections via the diebold voting machines. Fun one. Both sides get in on that one, but mostly leftest as its some far right folks owning the companies I believe.

The levees one is all about how they were blown up.....I'm thinking the argument was to take peoples attention away from Bush and others. its been a while though.

Wow.

I'm seriously ill-informed on the conspiracy list.
Oh yeah. To the tune of harassing the parents of the dead children in person, and making some truly horrific accusations.

Its one of the more offensive conspiracy theories.

Anti-establishment more or less across the political spectrum, as far as I can tell.
