Pfizer and Allergan are merging at a value of about $150B billion dollars. Pfizer will move its corporate headquarters to Ireland, shaving about 28% off of their corporate tax rate.

We are a nation of laws. Yet, the politicians are negligent in changing our tax laws. We need a drastic overhaul, personal and corporate so that the tax code is not alternately as either switch or a kiss.

Basically corporations do not want to pay any taxes at all nowadays. On top of that they want a whole bunch of subsidies and blackmail the governments if their every wish is not fulfilled.

They get a TON of their research subsidized by Universities and other Research institutions. A majority of their so called "R&D" spending is actually spent on advertisements and bribing doctors to push their drugs.

So, will you support a FairTax system under which corporations wouldn't pay taxes (which they don't pay anyway) and wouldn't get any corporate welfare?

The will get the corporate welfare anyways. Otherwise they will threaten to move their facilities to another country.

All the tax burden to run the country including the military will be pushed on the backs of an ever shrinking middle class.
