Because in many places there is only one clinic, be it PP or otherwise.

Regular health care providers provide all the same services PP does.

Obamacare is a law, not a provider. There are still millions of people without health insurance. PP takes Medicaid. Many private providers do not.

Other providers do not have the capacity to absorb PP patients.

Great minds! I really didn't like Idiocracy the first time I saw it, but the second time it freaked me out because it really mirrors a lot of what is going on in our "progressive" society, today!

For what it's worth, and it's not a popular opinion im sure, but i've noticed in my life that poor people tend to be hornier than average.
