Happy Thanksgiving everyone! Enjoy your turkey, mashed potatoes, gravy, green bean casserole, rolls, cranberry sauce (okay, maybe not that), macaroni and cheese, apple pie, and pumpkin pie.

My family tells me every year am I cooking for a army. In the Italian blood, do it right or don't do it at all! lol
we are having lobster ragoon that I make from scratch, salmon crescent rolls that I make from scratch, we have the meat and cheese tray and the Anti-pasta. Olive tray and Italian cheeses.
Turkey and stuffing with everything you can imagine. Mash Potatoes, and gravy My Bourbon Glazed Sweet Potatoes. Green bean casserole of course. Prime Rib, with carrots potatoes mushrooms onions, Ham with the trimmings.
Then comes the Pasta dishes from scratch, sausage homemade meatballs, chicken parmisiano
and homemade garlic bread or rolls.
Then I make homemade or not at all
Death by Chocolate Cake, Pumpkin cream cake, Pumpkin Cheesecake, Pumpkin Pie,
Apple pie and brownies . Raspberry swirl loaf, pumpkin loaf, and chocolate cheesecake loaf.
Wine beer eat and be merry. Once a year only like this.
Once in a while you have to let it go and live do not do this very often.
I wish sometimes I did not know how to cook! people have come to expect this from me now.
