The biggest difference between Islam (and Christianity) and Judaism is Islam is a proselytizing religion while Judaism is not.

Islam is all about new recruits. You could convert now to Islam fairly quickly. Try that with Judaism, they'd put you through hoops.

It is similar. The rules are the same. The difference is that the consequences of breaking the rules in Orthodox Judaism don't involve death.

Also, as mentioned by others, Orthodox Judaism does not proselytize and discourages conversion. It isn't interested in pushing its rules on outsiders.

You should just ask a Muslim Cleric what he thinks of Judaism and Jews. Keep a towel on hand (towel, hehehe I'm so clever) to wipe up all the bile, spit and froth that comes flying from his reasoned and clearly thought out reply.

Or you could ask a female Cleric, they have those right? She might be a little more "reasonable".

Islamic clerics routinely refer to Jews as "the sons of apes and pigs".

Islam and Judiasm are nothing like each other.

Orthodox Judaism Ironically enough has nothing to do with Judaism or Jewish folks. It is not a real religion.

Kinda like comparing Jehova Witness folk or Christian Scientists to Catholics.

There are more than 40,000 Christian denominations/ sects in the US alone. Thousands of geographic, tribal, cultural and ideological variations within Judahism and Islam, too.
