Romney supporters also wouldn't be the pushovers that Obama supporters are. He'd have to keep the people happy to an extent.
Romney supporters lost because they are better at insulting people and calling others names than they are at coming up with ideas or solutions.

Default Where would we be with Romney?

The wealthy: even better off than they are now.

The workers: even worse off than they are now.

And no doubt even deeper involvement in stupid middle east misadventures, putting us deeper into debt for no possible benefit.

The fact of the matter is, it makes no difference who gets elected. The differences are there for the public entertainment. POTUS is a figure head and nothing more. Regardless of who the people elect, the man behind the curtain (Wizard of Oz reference) is the one making the decisions. It is no longer about "We the people". It is "we the elite".

I don't subscribe to such racist comments but indeed he has damaged race relations by his actions and p0licies.

Had Romney been elected, we would be embroiled in Middle Eastern conflict (again), with troops on the ground in various countries, and trillions of dollars in additional debt because of it. Another recession and unemployment going back up to the Bush-era levels of over 10% (which Obama inherited).

Race relations worse under Obama: poll - Washington Times
First off, correlation does not equal causation.

Secondly, I'm not surprised you would blame Pres. Obama.

I guarantee you that the issue of race would never have been broached by a lily white Mormon from Utah if he were President. What on earth could the Mittster offer up on the subject?

The people blame Obama, you're just out of step with the people or ignoring what people are saying in opinion polls.

Referencing "lily white Mormon" just sounds racist and hateful toward people who practice a religion that, unlike Islam, does not promote violence.

How has he damaged anything or anyone? Putting the stark realities in people faces is not damaging our country. Contrary to most trains of thought the world sees right through this crap. I guess he has smashed a lot of ROSE COLORED GLASSES!

Trump is smashing a lot of glasses as well but for his benefit alone.

Obama got some many worked up with the phrase "Clinging to their Bibles and Guns"!

The pushback was "Who does that uppity ****** think he is"?

Sometimes the truth hurts.

Very few white people even know(or care) of the things black soldiers did during WWll. Such as the RED BALL EXPRESS.

Absurd hyperbole in an attempt to obfuscate how bad Obama has been for race relations. It is certainly worse than in any time in my life.

Please explain how Romney elected in 2012 would have reduced the debt by 5-7 Trillion? That is three budget cycles, for an average decrease of $2 trillion a year from a $3.8 trillion budget. Since the big ticket items are Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid and Defense, how is that even possible? Moreover, reducing spending that much is how depressions are made.
