I can see why they have safe rooms and bullet proof vests. Beyond the clearly criminal acts there are the constant threats and harassment, doctors need to have 24 hour armed guards same for some other personnel that fear for their lives.

+1. First there was the now-debunked falsified anti-Planned Parenthood video. It would have been okay I suppose if it was left out on the fringe on its own, largely unnoticed. Where the damage really happened is when Carly Fiorina elevated that video to the national stage in the debates, stood up for it and endorsed it as being true. Candidates do have freedom of speech, of course, but they need to think about toning down the rhetoric a notch before they incite more acts of violence.
Agreed. Fiorina did not do her due diligence in regards to investigating the accuracy of that video before flapping her trap. Michelle Bachmann also did damage when she claimed a vaccination (HPV I believe) caused mental retardation.
