It's not the rhetoric. It's the violent behavior. Speech is free. Violence against others is prohibited (for the most part). The criminals need to be punished harshly, in choosing violent behavior, in order to send a message to others who think like them.
The words of leaders or those running for office have consequences, the constant criticism regarding PP was unfounded and based mostly on lies, Yes speech is free but should be used with judgement. Planned Parenthood was already under attack they didn't need help from the GOP.
