I would think that most, if not 90%+ parents would choose sperms from donors with high IQ, 5'9 plus tall, etc. as opposed to high school graduates with a double digit IQ.
Isn't that some form of Eugenics, and a less effective form of Robert Graham's program?

Let's be clear about something. I meant Positive Eugenics like Robert Graham's program, not the Hitler type.
Meaning, encourage healthy high IQ people to procreate more. Period.
How's today's sperm banks different than the Repository for Germinal Choice, other than the fact that most sperms chosen today are somewhat less effective than what Graham was trying to achieve?

What exactly are "high IQ" people? How is it even possible to define intelligence? I mean get it that certain genetic traits may just be better like improved speed and reduces odds of getting illness but this idea that there is such a thing as smart people sperm is just nonsense.
If that's the case, why is Eugenics getting so much negative publicity, while there is not much negative publicity with sperm banks.
After all, no one is criticizing parents who choose high IQ donors' sperms.
The term "eugenics" is seen negatively because people associate it with the extreme practices of some eugenicists in the early 20th century. But few actually object to taking measures that improve their odds of having healthy, smart, attractive kids.
