There was also a default procedure re foreign info.

To say emails were unclassified when HRC had them is to claim HRC was inept, careless or above the law and lacking ethics.

Youhave to have ethics before you can recognize ethics. HRC is left wanting

Yep, including info she herself should have made classified.

But come on.

Per the emails, Hillary is easily and often confused. She can plausibly deny that she knew that she sent classified information that she herself classified for that very reason.

You need to take a minute and figure out which argument you are going to make.

Argument #1, Hillary Clinton sent and received emails that were classified at the time.

That argument would be one that is untrue, and has no proof to back it up even if the claim was made.

Argument #2, Hillary Clinton, as Sec of State should not have sent emails from a private serve.

that would be a difference of opinion, an opinion you have every right to have. That being said, you seem to be arguing #1, so none of that matters.
You are full of crap. These emails certainly were classified at the time and the article does not say that they weren't.

If you believe that the secretary of state is allowed to keep all emails on a private server and this is a good idea, then there isnt anything any of us will be able to say to bring some reality to this perspective.

"Matter of opinion" is your standing?

Scenario: --no officer, i wasn't speeding. My opinion is that I wasn't speeding....

Hillary has broken the law with classified information exposed by her private email account as SOS, but her supporters don't care. They don't care she and her husband accepted millions in speaking fees and donations from big banks, have become multimillionaires due to their political connections, have a foundation that primarily seems to financially benefit their family, or Hillary may be responsible for the death of our ambassador and other Americans in Benghazi.

Hillary's supporters just don't care that she is a horrible person. In my opinion Hillary is the worst kind of politician this country has to offer to voters.

Lightbulb doing the SOS job without classified emails...how again?

Hillary should have been mildly curious why "none" of her emails contained classified emails. Any reasonable government executive would spend lots of time pouring over classified emails.

To think otherwise is embarrasing to the office of SOS. Does Kerry now not send or receive any classified emails? Certainly not on his private server sitting in his house under the watch of his extremely rational wife.

America deserves a leader who doesn't spin lies. Americans don't want someone in the presidency that doesn't know the difference between classified and unclassified emails.

Remember in March when Hillary professed to us that she never read or sent classified emails on her private server? Come on. Wake up. Enough with Hillary's lies.
