I am no expert on the cost of weapons and such, but with what's emerging about incredible arsenal these two had accumulated, it's hard to believe that a young couple like them with a newborn baby would have the means to finance all of that by themselves.

There could have been all kinds of reasons why they stopped shooting. If this was all planned; perhaps they measured the police response time to that location. He was witnessed walking calmly to his vehicle - like he knew they would escape. Or, maybe, it was just too gruesome in the building for the two to continue? We don't know and will probably never know.

France has very strict gun laws, which makes them a soft target... and we saw how well it worked out for them over the last year. As soon as our people are disarmed for "their safety" using "common sense (according to idiots) laws" we will enjoy widespread incidents like yesterday.
Keep in mind, California has the strictest gun laws in the country... yet...
