That's what I was sort of talking about earlier up thread, what is the impetus for this sort of thing, You just didn't have this stuff 30 plus yrs ago and like you mentioned there was less gun control back then, so I'm just perplexed, my first gut thought is is that there has been a major breakdown in how metal health situations are dealt with in this country and also budget cuts eliminating treatment funding. Just generically speaking I know that this isn't across the board, especially for this current situation in SB.

Not sure why you keep posting this. This obviously is not a normal workplace dispute. Normal employees don't get upset and have the resources to return an hour or two later with multiple shooters in army gear, bullet proof vests, a get away driver, multiple big guns, and a planned escape route that evades the police for hours. This was not just some disgruntled employee dispute.
