If the easy accessibility and pushed down our throat gun culture isn't part of the problem, what is causing all these crazy people to mass murder people? When it does not happen in other first world countries? Mental Illness is not any higher here than else where.
The thing about the Lefty/Prog opposition to guns is that they really don’t know what they want, except they want all guns to disappear, except those wielded by cops. So, that’s the first cognitive dissonance.
The second cognitive dissonance is that we couldn’t follow the example of Australia, or Scotland, or some other country even if we wanted to. There must be hundreds of millions of weapons in this country, and even if 90% of Americans willingly forked over their weapons to be melted down into a monument for #BLM, there would still be plenty of weapons floating around for those freaks who do these mass shootings. In fact, the only way you could successfully eradicate weapons ownership in the US would be if you used massive amounts of force, wielded by *cops* with *guns*.
Which leads to the third cognitive dissonance, because, in the event of a gun ban, the vast majority of law abiding citizens would either turn them over or else hide them. It is a certainty that draconian gun control enforcement would have a disparate impact on poorer, less law abiding communities, which among other things means communities of color. Which would inevitably mean more impoverished black folk killed by *cops* with *guns*.
The end state is a further contradiction: We would have an unarmed society supervised by *cops* with *guns*.
Correct, liberals want all guns to disappear by the same people they say are corrupt as we can see in another thread where evidence was planted a thousand times.
Their cognitive development never advanced beyond the magical thinking phase of 7-12 year olds.
Proof is coming out 355 mass shooting's this year alone. More guns do not mean its safer. It just means that average people will have a greater chance of being caught up in the madness.

Let the investigation go on, is it work place violence or is it terrorism. And state the facts instead of spinning it for political purposes.
The simple answer, yes, they want all guns banned, then there will be no more killing, life will be peaceful and tranquil and everyone will sit around and sing Kumbaya and all will be right in the world.

You are absolutely correct that for such an educated (self proclaimed) bunch, they sure harbor simplistic ideas. It's becoming quite clear that progressives are totalitarians (even more than extreme conservatives are authoritarian) They claim to be tolerant, yet they will not tolerate any view but their own; the very definition of a hypocrite.

He is simply trying to address an obvious issue? Watch how President Obama will tap dance around the very obvious issue that these two individuals that committed yesterday's act of terrorism were Muslim. He is ideology selective in the issues he addresses.
Robert Dear wasn't a Muslim and the president spoke out following that shooting, as well, just as he has with Sandy Hook and Charleston and the many, many, many other mass shootings here in the U.S., the vast majority of which were carried out by non-Muslims. Talk about a reach.

There was not 355 mass shootings this year, that is a plain out lie. That would be more than 1 a day. The ONLY way to get that number is to count gang shootings.
