This is just one of these groups popping up across the country, I've read about others, what in the world is wrong with this country....

"Declaring “We are the Army of the Lord, visiting His wrath on all those who would aggress the people of Idaho” and vowing to “oppose tyranny in all its forms,” an anti-government “Patriot” group calling itself the Idaho Citizens’ Constitutional Militia (ICCM) is recruiting members for its first official muster, scheduled for September, according to its website."

The ICCM’s “commanding officer” is listed as James Ambrose, “The Militia is in nature a purely defensive force and will take no aggressive action or recklessly plunge Idaho into war,” Ambrose informs potential recruits. “But if events similar to Ruby Ridge should ever again occur in Idaho, our resolve to respond with force in kind cannot be doubted.”

Those wackos at Code-Pink is what I call a dangerous militia. They need to be sent to GITMO.

.....and here we have a different kind of Militia.
Quote:
Justin Boyer, 24, the former boy wonder and Washington State Unit commander of the neo-Nazi National Socialist Movement (NSM), has announced that he’s forming a new militia-style paramilitary group called the United Globalist Movement. It’s apparently not the kind of militia group most of us remember from the 1990s.

Boyer, identifying himself as the “Commanding General of the Land Forces,” wrote in his April 23 post that...

The website features imagery of the United Nations flag; the burning Branch Davidian compound in Waco, Texas; a Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) badge, and the message, “I AM THE GOVERNMENT YOUR FOUNDERS WARNED YOU ABOUT.”

Decide for yourself if it is anti-government or not.

On their web site they state:

"Our weapons will be legal as well as all of our activities. We will keep authorities informed of our movement itineraries and strive as much as possible for a spirit of cooperation with those authorities."

If they were anti-government, why would they name their unit after their state? The Idaho Citizens' Constitutional Militia

individual militias are dangerous, but state militias can do the job the federal government refuses to do, protect our borders enforce law and order in the urban areas. and prevent a giant gun grab by congress which is comin up very very soon. 32% of homocides are utterly non gun related, the gun grab is not a public safety issue, never was.

Ok- They are not anti Government in the sense they want no government. Just anti the current government that houses inept Democrat and Republican "leaders".

Is that accurate?
