It's been the plan since well before Obama, but he has done his share and it continues to accelerate with each subsequent admin.

What could one draw from it other than the idea that there's a movement to completely reverse the bill of rights? Your take?

It's a facetious piece to illustrate what the original has become. It is not being suggested as a replacement.
