We already do this if there is a reason. This seems like a pretty good reason. I assume you also wants us to sell guns to convicted murderers and the mentally ill

Sorry guys...what you do not seem to be able to deal with is Obama is the ultimate President. No one does that sort of speech as well as he. Even when I strongly disagree I admire the way he tells the tale.
A great man. Perhaps President at the wrong time...but a great man.
And his story is pretty straight and simple. And I am not sure any thinking American can disagree.
Neither have those at Gitmo, but you don't care about them.
How do you know this? I have not mentioned anything about gitmo but you gave vehemently supported denying American citizens constitutional rights simply for being on a government list.
There's something about watching Obama speak that makes me want to vomit.
He doesn't "speak" to us, he Lectures us like we were stupid children.
He has LIED so many times that he has zero credibility any more. We have been Gruber'ed too often.
Except for the Leftist Parrots of course - they eat this stuff up.

Deflection much?
Have you been living under a rock for ten years? Then what is your solution? How do we prevent terrorists from buying high powered weapons?
Had nothing to do with Obama. The Purple Heart had strict eligibility requirements that included being killed in action ie engaged in combat.
It's injured in combat, you don't gave to die. Which means they recieve one if shot in an act of terrorism but not if it is workplace violence. That matters for the survivors, there are certain benefits and considerations given with that Purple Heart. That matters to the family of the deceased for the same reason. So it had everything to do with Obama, he had the power to classify it and refused to allow it to be classified as an act of terror.

I now understand why people consider him to be "anti-American", at least compared to Bush.
I'm not suggesting he's a genius, but he doesn't pander to the public's anti-intellectualism.
Ft Hood was classified as workplace violence and it took until this year to get it reclassified so that the victims could receive the benefits of terrorist attacks.
It took an Act of Congress to get that changed. I posted the link. The reclassification was in the NDAA bill that got passed and signed.
April 2015 Fort Hood victims to be awarded Purple Hearts, families to get benefits.
Only took obuma administration 6 years
