Scalia, aguably the brightest and most "colorful" Supreme Court Justice, said that some might argue that certain number of Affirmative Action admitted blacks might benefit from lesser schools where their classmates have similar test scores and qualifications as they do.
How come we haven't heard anything from BLM, Black Panthers, Al Sharpton, etc. demanding the Justice to resign?

Because those 'players' would not stand a chance against an intellectual heavyweight like Scalia.

What did he say exactly that is worthy of anyone demanding his resignation?
Scalia nailed it. Placing unqualified kids at schools they're not ready for does them a disservice. They get discouraged with the heavy math & science and drop out. However, if they're in schools that fit their academic profile, they stay with the math & sciences at a higher rate than had they been at the higher ranked school.
So tell me; is it better to have a Black person graduate with a Math/Science degree from Texas Tech or drop out and get no degree from the University of Texas?
Scalias statement that kicked this off:
"Most of the black scientists in this country don't come from schools like the University of Texas. They come from lesser schools."

Neither. It's actually better for them to get shoe-horned into an Ivy where their graduation rate FAR exceeds the graduation rates at HBCU's. They're better off at Ivies, even if they're surrounded by the horrors of so many white faces.
So, all we need to do is have Harvard treat their Admissions like Liberals want our Immigration to be; Open. Make sense? Harvard should allow open enrollment so that every student has a chance at a great education. Harvards admission rates remain mostly unchanged for decades. Shouldn't they have an Admissions policy that's more fair and equitable? They have a multi-billion dollar endowement, they can take on WAY more students than they currently have.

Why would he resign
He was a straight A student and got where he is on merit, not AA.
Now if you are asking why the race merchants are not demanding him resign, who cares what those mental midgets think.
