Malik used an alias, had privacy settings on and communicated her sympathies with radical ideology, via PM.

In absence of access to and interrogating of ALL devises she might have historically used to communicate, no reasonable way to connect the dots.

Farooq was radicalized before he began his search of a like- minded bride.

Poor kid.

This does not appear to be connected to the school closing as he was on his way to school when the fatal accident occurred.

I wonder why you say this. Because, reading this thread, I read a lot of fearful posts. Seems to me there are more overly jumpy people these days, not fewer.

well, I am one of those fearful people, but that doesn't mean I am not going to live my life to the fullest.

Certainly I would want people to treat every threat seriously. There are reasons why sometimes
"fear" is a creative's friend. Fear is a signal that you are learning. But unfortunately, most people have short memories.

Treat each threat as though it were the last threat of your life.

Doesn't matter to the common person though.

Phones/computers...IP can be traced. The NSA is doing this.
And all data is available to FB and the NSA...public and/or private.

If FB was doing the right thing she would have been caught, but they weren't.

When you use this site, no matter what alias you use, the moderators know where you are logging in from and they can read your PM's if they wanted to. Same with FB.
