I owned guns before ISIS. In fact I owned them before terrorism came up on my personal radar.

that is your prerogative not to own a firearm if you so choose. however to try and prevent others from owning a firearm, the is not your prerogative, nor is it the governments.

Assault rifles are fully automatic. The don't sell these at gun shows and have been restricted for many years.

You are thinking of AR-15s, they are not fully automatic. They expel one round for each pull of the trigger. The same as any other semi auto hunting rifle that is not targeted for a ban.

You are letting the looks of the rifle fool you.
Chis Kyle used a .300 WIN Mag in combat. I've seen a lot of those at gun shows.

The reason I'm mentioning this is all of the "no civilian needs military quality equipment" in the previous posts. If we ban "military quality" anything from civilian use, we will lose a lot of things.

You mean, you have to wait 6 months to get your right back, if they allow you to get it back??
How American of them.

It is much cheaper to modify the lower on an AR-15, or an AK-47, or my 10-22

That just means that anyone who is stronger than you or chooses to use a weapon could have power over you.

I'm 67. Had my first rifle at age 8. My wife had a shotgun at age 10 and still has it.

No. They were a Class III dealer and I could start the process on that day and would probably have to pay a down payment. 6 months later when I get all of my approvals and tax stamp, then I pay the balance and pick up the weapon.
The government made me wait three months for a gun safety device.

Tell me when this nation was not a bunch of gun toting idiots?
It has always been our Individual right to be as powerful as the guy next to us... or not. Don't cry to me, when you are getting your ass kicked. I'm gonna be videoing, with my phone.
