Agree 100%. That's murder. Glad there was someone there videotaping it.
I dunno. If I'd just got shot and the guy I thought did it still wouldn't put his hands behind his back I may see shooting him three times as showing restraint.
It was one minute and 55 seconds after the cop ( who had got shot and heard gunshots again ) shot the suspect three times that the suspect finally got his hands behind his back and cuffed.
I don't think I can fault the cop who got shot for this. ( unless he tried to cover up for his partner after the facts were known to him )
The other cop ( who shot first and hit the other cop ) now I can find fault with him.
