Lesson learned, don't wear headphones while riding your bike, the police may shoot you...

'A disturbing video emerged Friday showing two Los Angeles sheriff’s deputies killing a man after they had chased him for riding a bicycle while wearing headphones.

The incident took place more than a year ago with the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department initially telling the media that they shot and killed 23-year-old Noel Aguilar, a “known gang member,” after he pulled out a gun and shot a deputy.

But now a video shows the two deputies struggling to arrest Aguilar when one deputy pulls out his gun and shoots the second deputy before placing his gun back into its holster, then placing the blame on Aguilar.

These officers should have been put in prison for stopping him in the first place. It's too bad they didn't just shoot and kill each other.

They "hope" there will be charges filed?

Mom Mourns Son Killed by Deputies in Memorial Day Confrontation | NBC Southern California

Kramercat im starting to think you work for a fake, sensationalized news site or something. You post a b*stardized version of a story from a fake news network and present it as facts.

He shot his partner, put the gun back in his holster and then blamed the guy? Bogus. And yes, Aguilar had a loaded handgun.

Fact check.

The revelation of these videos has provided more and more evidence that our urban police forces are not "serving and protecting" the citizenry but are only "serving and protecting" themselves while acting as an occupying army to keep the poor sections of town under a police tyranny. This is more than political suppression it is also social suppression and a shame on our country.

As difficult as it may be to stop and reverse generations of this evil it must be done if we care to call our selves "The land of the Free...".

It's easy to tell what gun the bullet came from. There is no longer any question that it came from the officers gun. It's obvious who pulled the trigger.

The police aren't even trying to argue Aguilar had a gun any longer. These two are going to prison.

Don't resist arrest and you will be fine
A lot of bad things can occur when you are fighting with armed men.

I'm not denying it came from the officer's gun. It's the segment "he shot the other officer, put his gun back in his holster and blamed Aguilar". Absolutely false. Did the other officer accidentally shoot him? Maybe. But the OPs word choice is nothing but playing on the emotions of anti-police folks. They'll believe anything. Not to mention Aguilar was a gang member who WAS carrying a loaded handgun, it's not like he was a sweet kid out for a walk.

Aguilar's gun wasn't fired but given his record, is it far fetched that he was struggling with an officer for his gun? Really?
