From the article ...

"Muslim flight crew must don the hijab while non-Muslim crew are to be decently dressed, managing director Jaafar Zamhari told reporters.
There will also be prayer recitals before take-off.
"We are the first Malaysian airline to be shariah-compliant based on guidelines by relevant authorities. We are proud of this," Jaffar was quoted as saying by The Star newspaper."

Do the non-Muslim crew pay the tax?

This is the country that for financial reasons decided not to pay for the "extra" of GPS (or whatever it's called for airplanes) on their planes.

Aren't they still looking for their plane?

Excellent point. Seems they need to raise the tax rate on the non-moslem aircrews.

Why do Muslims need to take religion and paste it everywhere?
It's extreme in nature and no wonder extremists come from there.
