In general I agree....but in this specific case I think you're premature.
Keep in mind that she had a job, was off the streets etc. and then something happened.
That's the big problem people have the right to choose in this country and they don't always make good choices.
Why was she living in her car then? Face it, it is nearly impossible to get timely and adequate mental health treatment in the U.S. for the average person with health insurance, let alone someone who is experiencing job or financial problems, maybe because they have such severe mental health problems.
Number of vehicular homicides annually: 300 (criminally negligent & murderous operation)
Number of homicides committed annually with firearms: approximately 11,000
You would need to add chargeable vehicular manslaughter to those numbers which should put you around 13,000 nationwide.

She had NO right to do what she did to dozens of innocent people. IMHO; she needs to face the death penalty. Period.
