You miss the point. Whiteness is so mainstream Jk society, to the point no one looks at white as ethnic. When is the last time someone called a movie a "white movie". But the same type of movie with black or Asian characters is basically called a "black film" or an "Asian film".

You can choose to be a part of it and go on with your life. Or, you can choose to complain that it's not some African Civilization, give yourself a nonsensical ebonics name, put on some $250 clown shoes and guess what, the majority is going to treat you differently. That's just the way it is.
I never said it was terrible. I'm just defining white privilege.
But it's basically a game. People have advantages and disadvantages. I feel whites always have an advantage over any ethnic group in society. But this doesn't mean they'll always win. It just means blacks have to make less mistakes.

And again people are almost never going to judge a white person by his skin. He's always going to be looked at as an individual. Other ethnic groups can't say the same.

But when you see an all black or Asian movie or show, the whole point is making it non mainstream. "White privilege" IS judging all whites by their 'skin'. Why do you think being looked at as an individual is always a good thing? Affirmative action isn't looking at people as individuals but as groups. No one wants to be judged individually against an ideal standard they can't or don't want to meet as white are.

Show me a White person with a gold tooth, who sires a bastard baby out of wedlock, wears pants around ankles, speaks like an uneducated dolt, gang bangs, and who has big chip on shoulders, and I'll show you someone who society will treat differently.
You won't be seeing this person being invited to the local débutante introduction ball.

Theres all kinds of biases, some more obvious than others. There are absolutely bias in the workplace against the obese, the disabled, women, even blondes. In the northeast, it's Italians. They're white, but people still think of them of as the brassy, jersey shore type guidos.
For a white person? Just be qualified. No need to overcome any negative ethnic stereotypes.
It's not so much white privilege, it's white advantage
That's the same standard for everyone except blacks and latinos. In their case just be affirmative action qualified.
You don't understand that privilege is earned. If Asians or whites have a higher intelligence and higher achievement as a genetic group, then that's a birthright that came from 10 of thousands or 100's thousands of years of adaptation and harsh natural selection, not a privilege. You need to take your complaints up with mother nature. If you believe white people are holding you down then the simple solution is move away from white people not toward them.
I believe non-whites are holding white people down, but we're not allowed to have an all white society area on earth.
