What can the United States do for the Black Lives Matter movement? I am somewhat concerned about some of their tactics (shutting down highways, etc.) The pain is deepening and the movement is probably going to be around for a long time. What can the country do?

I prefer shoot on sight of doing ANYTHING stupid like that but I would say arrest them under anti terrorism laws and put them in GITMO
Obviously all human life should be valued, but the "All Lives Matter" response to "Black Lives Matter" is problematic. It's an attempt to silence black voices and mislead people into believing that every group faces the same level of injustices – which in effect, is a strategy to throw the issue under a rug (i.e. typical American denial). Perhaps not doing so could be a start?

Ask not what America can do for you. Ask what you can do for America.( JFK ) Then a conversation can go forward to solve problems.

a 3-word retort is an 'attempt to silence black voices'?

Misleading is naming your effort BLM.
Like a hardwre store advertizing pizza. you'll never sell any hammers that way.
Colossal marketing error that needs to be aligned with the actual intent.
the error, so glaring, it alienates everyone. fire the idiot who came up with the BLM name.
Otherwise BLM needs to gain some persepctive so they don't appear as delusional.

Create 'Law of the Jungle' zones in inner cities where there is no law enforcement so they can kill each other and not end up in prison.
It will mysteriously go away next November. After their funding stops. Then some other protest will return in time for the 2020 election.
