This is just someone who doesnt like the president speaking out without knowing precedence.

The 30 second video showed the quick interaction. If you would have watched it you would know he was asked about his thoughts on President Obama being on Bear Grylis, a reality show. He also commented on both POTUS and FLOTUS frequent appearances on talk shows. He called them thirsty.
