It was apparent you don't know anything about our current gun laws on the books when you asked such a ridiculous question. That's why I'm not going to bother conversing with you on the subject.
Once again, I am asking you. Who should decide who shouldn and shoudnt have firearms?

Most of the current gun laws violate the constitution.
The best thing Obama could do to promote gun control is to stop mentioning guns. Every time he talks about gun control or taking action, gun and ammo sales go through the roof. He's the best thing that's ever happened to gun manufacturers, and he doesn't even realize it.
Local police won't enforce it and feds can't afford to do it. Besides, the SCOTUS would throw it out. Obama doesn't have the legal authority to make a law like that.

It is very simple. If the People refuse to comply the tyrant's orders are worthless. Refuse to comply with illegal decrees.
