Not all presidents should be blamed for wars - you have one side itching for them -you have all the corrupt greedy people instigating, and you never ever- put any responsibility on the congress- anyhow we are now in 2016 - let see what the next NEW year will bring in-- happy voting in Nov--
aside from the first war of independence, every war (declared or otherwise) has originated with a sitting president. Congressional complicity results when they have not stopped a president from waging an undeclared war.
Excluding President Obama's personality from the discussion (which is cool as a cucumber) just the mere fact that he sends wingnuts into a foaming and frothing rage at the mere mention of his name is cool indeed.
