Everyone that comes to Germany and applies for refugees status has a right for an individual assessment. If his case is rejected, he will have to leave Germany. A lot of cases haven't even been registered yet. From last year that is. I don't doubt there are a lot of economic migrants. But how do you decide at the german border who has a legitimate asylum case and who hasn't?
Americans don't deserve the 1 million middle eastern and African muslims and other non-westerners that our government lets in every year or the 1 million illegals from Latin America either. But like Europe, America and the West is going to receive the over-populating, demographic and culture changing mass immigration until we demand a stop to it.

No, the arms length comment came from the mayor of cologne. She was ridiculed and condemned for her statements. Nobody has censored any criticism on muslim rapists. But yes calls for violence against entire religious or ethnic groups are punishable in Germany.

No censorship of criticism of muslim refugees. There is censorship for those comments that call for violence against muslim refugees.
