Come to Texas...
But you must like guns, the Constitution, be a hard worker and a good citizen. No collectivists... it is the Lone Star state after all.
Don't care what you do in your bedroom.

If that's you, you're welcomed.

The First Amendment says

Quote:
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Sorry, your personal religions beliefs should not govern anyone other than you and your family.

Like I said, there is an amendment in the Constitution that covers all religion, including Christianity. There is not one specifically for peter puffers.
If it offends you, that is your conscious talking to you.

Men should get the same equal protections women get.

Women should get the same equal protections as the men do.(wait, men get no protections!)

Then we could get all racist up in here and prove a point, that there are no equal protections, on government buying votes.
What laws single out rednecks or hippies?

Men and women are already covered under sex in the laws, and laws aren't supposed to discriminate based on sex.

As for rich and poor, well we all know that he who has the gold makes the rules.

Well, equal protection and all that. No. It is called creating a protected class to buy votes.

We are all members of protected classes. Everyone has a race, sex, religious view, sexual orientation. Yes, you too are covered under those laws.
