IFAK - Bill Clinton never raped any woman. He was, and is, a handsome man that likes women and they apparently liked him. He should be proud, not ashamed.
As far as the marriage is concerned they worked out an accommodation to the situation. What that was/is is their business and none of ours.

The sad fact is that Joy Behar is too stupid to even know that the reason the VAW act was debated much (having previously passed with bi-partisan support) was that it had stuff tacked on about recognizing gays as couples and giving visas to illegals.
