I agree completely, this isn't about politics, this is about ethics and if she has broken any federal laws. There have been people put in jail for doing far less that she has. I don't care what political party she is with, if she broke the laws then she needs to be held accountable.

What are the chances that Barack Obama will think so.

How effective of a president could she be with this hanging over her head? Why aren't the Democrats begging Joe Biden to run? He is their only chance.

And don't think for one second Uncle Joe isn't hoping/praying to get drafted at the dim convention.

Are you not paying attention to the polls at all? Hillary has no significant advantage over any likely republican candidate, and is now officially sturuggling in Iowa and New Hampshire for the nomination.

Really, man, pay attention if you are going to post on rhe subject.

Au contraire-

This is about uniform enforcement of the law among all citizens. Liberals sincerely believe (as they are totalitarians at heart) that some people are (and should be) above the law.

When did the fun loving "hippies" turn into the jack-booted fascist liberals of today?

If Barry fails to prosecute, the GOP will just impeach her before taking the oath if elected.

Biden needs to get in the race so I have a Democrat choice who isn't A) a corrupt liar that exposes classified information willy nilly, while enabling sex criminals or B) a guy who means well but wants to increase federal spending $18 Trillion over the next 10 years while increasing our already ballooning national debt.

Barack Obama and his regime are thoroughly corrupt. Does anyone really believe he will indict the Democrat's presumptive nominee to be president, even if the FBI presents evidence supporting literally thousands of counts? No way.

And the Republicans will not do squat except whine and moan a little bit, but not too much. If they complain too much, the Democrats might whisper the magic words that make the current crop of Republicans whimper and curl up in the fetal position the moment they hear them, which are "Government shutdown."

Congressional Republicans will not do anything meaningful to defy the Democrats, even though Republicans control both houses of Congress. The only way to fix any of this is to elect a Republican president who has the balls to pursue justice once in the White House. Someone who is not part of this establishment crowd and is not terrified of the Democrats and their threats of a "Government shutdown."
