Friendly fire happens, unfortunately. It happens quite often between us, the Brits and the Canadians. Where are your complaints against them, Northstar? Maybe you have none because you can't blame the Jooooos!

Except that according to our officials, it does. Or do you NOW want to ignore what our government says?

A challenge to all of you. Look on a map at the location of Bahrain, Kuwait, and the island that is Iranian territory. According to the story the boat was traveling from Kuwait to Bahrain. Even assuming the boar broke down along the way, how does a boat drift this far into Iranian waters before assistance is provided from any of the US ships or boats in the area? I think they were in the area under orders at the time of the mechanical problems or they got caught and the mechanical problems is a cover story.

Of course it was. We all know that. All the same Iran did nothing out of line.

Imagine this happening if we had a strong President. It wouldn't happen is the answer.

Yes that's FANTASTIC news!

So HAPPY to hear this!

Good to read up that Iran saw things for what they were - "mechanical problems" which innocently made those boats cross into Iranian waters. Because imo Iran being Iran could have potentially dramatized this incident in the wrong way to try to extort from the USA.

But great news thank GOD!

Things like this happen under every president. It's the cost of maintaining a military presence across the entire globe. Remember the marine barracks bombing that happened when Reagan was president?
