You righties don't need to believe everything you hear on Faux news. Why are you worried about Hillary anyway? Worry about your clown car full of jokers...

They could uncover a video of Hillary sending classified emails on her porcelain throne and Lefties would still act like it's no big deal.

I don't know . . . the Department of Justice has already argued before Federal court this past September that Hillary has done nothing illegal. FBI, while conducting an independent investigation, is a division of the Department of Justice and ultimately the Attorney General Loretta Lynch will make the call on the indictment. Ms. Lynch is an appointee of President Obama and is a cabinet member of the Obama administration. Obama might not be a Hillary fan, but he sure ain't gonna let a Republican undo every legacy of his.

Recently, Hillary said FBI hasn't even interviewed her. That's strange. Maybe she means FBI requested an interview but she declined to comply. But you'd think they would interview Hillary if an indictment is coming down the pike.

I still can't sort why she thought using her own private server for any of it seemed like a good idea to her. It was a terrible idea.

IG: Some emails on Clinton's server were beyond top secret

"Intelligence officials say that special access programs are more classified than just top secret because they are about highly sensitive programs and could reveal sources of information.
The Clinton campaign did not immediately respond to a request for comment."
If she can't tell the difference between classified and unclassified information, she has no business being Sec of State, let alone the President of the U.S. If she is lying (as I believe she is), she ought to go to jail.

In my military rate, as an electronic tech (Crypto tech), I had a secret clearance. The military does not take this lightly. Anyone with a clearance receives a litany of instruction on the handling of classified information, and the penalties for it's careless handling, or compromise. Hillary ought to have the "book" thrown at her and serve time for her carelessness. Who knows what information she compromised.

"derived from" by who? If by the State Dept. SoS is the classifying authority. So the classification is whatever the SoS says.

This is the classic spook versus line argument. Spooks say anything from a specific source is classified to the nth derivative level. Line says that is BS and makes the information impossible to ever use.

I know right! if she could not possibly tell the difference between classified and unclassified, she is pretty damn stupid if you ask me. Who wants someone like her for President.

Anyone bet her excuse for this will be......'I don't even know what SAP means.....therefore I am innocent.'

And the excuse here will be Fox News and Conservatives are just ginning up more lies against her.
