Indeed! All of the pandering to identity politics, coddling of legal and illegal immigrants, the naive attitude about so-called migrants: all being proven ignorant and dangerous.

Let's look at the most widely known totalitarian regimes:

Stalinist USSR - communist

Nazi Germany - National Socialist. They were far right in their nationalism but socialist otherwise

Mao's China - communist

Pol Pot's Khmer Rouge regime - communist

See a trend ?

I want to point out that the words leftist, liberal and progressive are all used interchangeably. Current Progressives and leftist are absolutely not real liberals in any sense of the word. Real liberals stand for freedom of speech, freedom of press, separation of church and state, individualism, civil rights and equality. Progressives and leftist do not hold to these values. The whole idea of white privilege, hate speech laws, gender & ethnic quotes, and safe spaces are all completely anti-liberal. True liberals need to divorce themselves from Progressives and leftist in every possible way.

Not really. 3 of those were left wing and 1 of them was right wing. None of them are even vaguely related to what's going on in college campuses.

Yeah, sure...

All those left wing hate radio programs with big audiences across the country have stifled the right wing's daily talking points.

Nazis were National Socialists. So were the Fascists. Mussolini was a Socialist before he became a Fascist. The right wing part of their ideology had to do with extreme chauvinism and rejection of internationalism, but they started as Socialists and retained much of Socialist thinking.

The Nazi Brownshirt thugs in Germany used the same methods and shared many of the same ideas with KPD's Red Brigades.

One of them was violently suppressing any dissenting views.

The Left today are extremely hostile to the free expression of views they disagree with.

Both of whom were right-wing.

There are so many simple, correct arguments that can be made against college leftists, so it's puzzling why you picked a blatantly wrong one.

These kids are lucky they didn't have my dad........he was a drill sergeant, at the time I couldn't stand him today I credit him for the independence and being able at times to figure things out when no one is around to help me. People don't realize your troubles, your hard times, keep you learning and make you stronger as you age. Having tough days is not the end of the world!

I think it started when their parents put a helmet on them when they rode their tricycle.
