When it's the hottest x, y or z, it's proof of global warming; when it's the coldest x, y or z, it's "DON'T CONFUZZLATE WEATHER WITH CLIMATE!"
No, not really....It is deniers that seem to think that the climate in their area is evidence that AGW does not exist... Evidence of global warming is when the average temperature of the entire earth continues to increase over a period of decades.
Not only was 2015 the warmest worldwide since records began in 1880, it shattered the previous record held in 2014 by the widest margin ever observed, a report by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) said.
"During 2015, the average temperature across global land and ocean surfaces was 0.90 Celsius above the 20th century average," the NOAA report said.
"Since 1997, which at the time was the warmest year on record, 16 of the subsequent 18 years have been warmer than that year," the NOAA report said.
His carbon taxes are the reason we have had no warming recently.
You might be onto something! Without Sanspeurs taxes, I could probably fry an egg on my patio in Minnesota in January. Instead it's 0 degrees outside. We really have a lot to be thankful for
I live in a state that is drinking the GW Koolaid all the way. They reported 2015 as the warmest year on record in Minnesota. We had less than 5 days of 90degree plus days in the summer. We had plentiful rainfall and nice, even temps all summer. We had an unusual fall and early winter due to El Nino. So they attribute ocean breezes that have been predicted since last spring to GW. But the winter 2 years ago when it was one of the coldest on record, they said was this Polar Vortex nonsense so OF COURSE Global Warming is still real!
It's become beyond ridiculous this stupid junk science and the people who stump for it. Must be lots of money in it for them. Or they're just bored.
