The FBI will probably, given the massive weight of evidence they cannot ignore, reccommend that an indictment be made. The Obama administration, of course, will refuse through the DOJ. End of story.

There is no formal investigation? Do you seriously believe that? When was the last time the FBI allocated 150 employees for "just an inquiry?" I bet that happens all the time. You libs can stick your heads in the sand but this is by no means a trivial matter. Now, will she be indicted? I sure wouldn't bet any money on it and if she does I would predict a long legal battle. That being said, if you ask me if this issue will impact the election, I would say yes. It won't matter to the Dems that will vote for their team regardless of any criminal activity but it could make getting votes from independents more difficult-she already has an issue with likeability!
